SWF Single Head:

The SWF single head is the machine that started The Embroidery Wearhouse on the path that it's on today. This was the first machine that we purchased when we decided to start up our embroidery business. We bought it, moved it right into our house, and it all took off from there. This machine is capable of doing single hats, garments, blankets, or almost anything else that you want your custom embroidery on.

Amaya XT Flash Video: Click on the image to the left to display a flash video of one of the new machines that The Embroidery Wearhouse has recently purchased. The machines are setup and all controlled from one central computer via an ethernet switch, and the Amaya OS. They are setup to run the same design, functioning as a mulithead, or they can be programmed to run four different designs at the same time. This is high tech embroidery, enalbing us to be time and cost efficent.

The Amaya XT Multihead:

Displayed on the left is one of the four of our new Amaya XT machines that we purchased. These machines are able to run at a much faster rate than our original single head machine while still maintaining the quality that we have always strived to produce. These machines were purchased with the idea of enabling us to take on larger contracts that we previously were unable to obtain due to production capabilities. These machines have been able to meet the higher demands of larger contract work. Ask Tami or Rita to show you the new way that embroidery is being done.
